The flipped classroom takes out the in-class lectures. Instead of coming to class to hear the professor talk about the subject, the students watch them from home. Then, when they come to class, they can talk to the professor about any questions they might have and have a better understanding of what they are learning. I believe this would be the best classroom setting because students can get the help they need from the teacher and have time to discuss the problem.

Open educational resources are a very easy and effective way to find new information that you can use for your school work or projects. This takes out the need for a physical book, as you can just use the resources in the digital form. https://ocw.mit.edu/courses/earth-atmospheric-and-planetary-sciences/12-090-the-environment-of-the-earths-surface-spring-2007/course-textbook/earthsurface_7.pdf  This is an informational resource I found for glaciers. This resource is 365 pages long and was found through the MIT Open Courseware Online Textbook.

Last week I learned how to make a powerpoint and then narrate it. This could be very helpful if you were teaching a flipped classroom. Students could listen to you explain your lesson while they take notes. For the second project, I learned how to make a choose-your-own-adventure for my students. This will help them with problem-solving and decision making.
